Night Owl Antics

Who we are: Night Owl Antics Committee is RPC’s newest committee. We are committed to bringing you awesome substance-free night-time events on and off campus! Have an idea for a late night program? Email us at nightowlantics.rpc@gmail.com!

Spring 2013 Events:

-Night Swim at the Rec (April) – Come take a cool dunk at RPC’s first ever after-dark pool party. There will be free pizza, tacos, snow-cones, and music.

-Outdoor Movie Showing (February) — RPC’s first outdoor movie! Come out and watch Looper on a 2.5 story screen in the Central Quad from 10pm-midnight. Hot, freshly popped popcorn will be provided!

-Owls at the Alley (January) – Over 400 students knocked down pins and ate pizza at Palace Bowling Lanes, kicking off NOA’s Spring 2013 events!

 

Fall 2012 Events:

- Sky Zone (August) – Rice students defied gravity and bounced off stress at Houston’s ultimate indoor trampoline park!

 

-Centennial Comedy Night (October) – Michael Yo and three other comedians kicked off the Centennial weekend with a night full of laughter in the Grand Hall.

- Gingerbread House Competition + Free Pizza Study Break (November) – 300 students participated in Rice’s first-ever timed gingerbread house building competition.

Spring 2012 Events:

Battle Ball – Students armed with pressurized cannons fired nerf footballs in order to protect their flag from capture in Battleball, a sport combining Paintball and Capture the Flag!
